Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Geriatric and adult patient experience required; SNF experience preferred.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Valid Occupational Therapist state license (where applicable); Lymphedema certification/experience a plus.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and basic internet navigation skills.
