Principal AI/ML Engineer
Position Summary
The Workplace Investing AI Delivery Engineering Chapter team is on the lookout for a Machine Learning / Gen AI engineer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing technical solutions for AI and ML applications within the healthcare sector.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Machine Learning engineer, proficient in building feature engineering pipelines, deploying AI models, and optimizing model inference.
- Strong programming expertise in Python and Java.
- Proficient in developing Python-based APIs (FastAPI / Flask).
- Experience in designing and implementing graph data models that effectively capture complex relationships, ensuring efficient querying and traversal.
- Familiarity with security, data, and AI pipeline technologies (RDS/Postgres, Snowflake, Airflow) and infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Python, Ansible, CFT).
- Demonstrated experience utilizing AWS services: deploying models in Sagemaker, and working with cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake or RDS for analytics data hosting. EC2/EKS compute setup.
- Experience with development and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Github, Artifactory, Sonar, etc.
- Excellent SQL skills with experience in performing deep data analysis across multiple database platforms.
- Experience in ML model monitoring, observability, and performance testing.
- Experience with Gen AI solutions, including Large Language Models, LangChain, Llama Index, Prompt Engineering, and Fine-tuning.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
As the AI Solution Lead, you will spearhead innovative solutions across various AI applications, including recommendation systems, healthcare guidance, and information extraction utilizing large language models (LLMs). These solutions will be seamlessly integrated across web platforms, mobile applications, and human interfaces.
