Job Overview: As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and technology transfer of protein therapeutics to external CDMOs. This position requires a hands-on leader who can facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure seamless process development and transfer.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize downstream processes for protein therapeutics to meet industry standards.
  • Transfer analytical methods to external testing labs and CDMOs, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide expert training, troubleshooting, and technical support to ensure successful process implementation.
  • Contribute to CMC sections of regulatory filings, leveraging your expertise to ensure compliance.

Primary Job Requirements:

  • PhD or Masters with extensive background leading a team in protein biologics process development.
  • Strong relevant industry experience in downstream process development for proteins, with a focus on microbial fermentation.
  • 3+ years of cross-functional team leadership experience, with a proven track record of success.
