Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Stock and merchandise store shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that all products are properly priced and displayed.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Leadership team to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced retail environment.
