Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Crew Member to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Restaurant Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by providing efficient and friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general customer service duties, including taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs.
  • Balance cash registers and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
  • Accurately and safely prepare customer orders from various preparation points within the kitchen.
  • Ensure proper food safety conditions within the restaurant to deliver a fresh and safe product to customers.
  • Cross-train in other departments, such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
  • Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds, and work in various temperatures.
