Job Title: Sr. IT Contracts Specialist

Skanska is seeking a highly skilled Sr. IT Contracts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for providing oversight, guidance, and execution for IT contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead negotiations with counterparties and manage legal agreements covering a wide range of transactions, including customer-facing purchase agreements, subcontracting agreements, non-disclosure agreements, partnership agreements, and statements of work.
  • Collaborate with the business development and legal teams to make the contract management workflow effective and efficient.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of project contracts, including the terms and conditions, payment schedules, and scope of work.
  • Proactively evaluate opportunities to shorten contracting cycles and improve contract templates.
  • Develop strong working relationships with colleagues across departments and educate the business development teams on key contract terms in the various templates and the company's document execution policy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in IT and business/industry, related to managing contracts and leading negotiation processes.
  • Proven leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to produce effective presentations & materials to present with senior executives in the company.
  • Experience utilizing Vendor Management System preferably OneTrust.
