We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Capital Technology PMO & HR Delivery Leader to join our team. As a key member of our HR Transformation Project, you will be responsible for overseeing the facilitation of various HR programs and strategic business initiatives during the migration period.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the Regional PMO within the overarching HR Transformation Project, focusing on improvement, simplification, and standardization.
- Deliver key initiatives that involve the migration of work from Tier 0 to Tier 1, providing knowledgebase building and process improvement.
- Lead projects while ensuring alignment with stakeholder objectives, as well as enterprise and HR priorities.
- Develop sub-project plans and work with leadership to assign/obtain needed resources for project success.
- Work with project sponsors and stakeholders to manage project scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, and timing.
- Understand stakeholder analysis and support key communications activities.
- Coordinate key migration activities while monitoring progress against plan, ensuring the planned approach is operating optimally and is implemented successfully.
- Monitor migration/change activities during the migration delivery to ensure an optimum approach for managing the volume and pace of change is being applied.
- Participate and drive process improvement activities as scheduled in the overarching HR Transformation Project Plan, working to identify process improvement opportunities within Regional specific processes.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- 8 years of experience in HR or Project Management.
- Experience with Lead Global Implementations.
- Change Management experience.
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to lead programs/projects and document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Project management skills and experience in project leadership.
