Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate Director of Investor Relations & Marketing to join our team at Serent Capital. As a key member of our Investor Relations Program, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination, communication, and operations of our investor relations efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage the implementation of our investor relations CRM (Salesforce) and maintain accurate investor profiles and meeting notes.
  • Run and prepare activity reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for our senior leadership group.
  • Draft investor-related communication materials, including quarterly letters, press releases, and emails.
  • Assist in executing our Investor Relations strategy by creating and managing relationship plans, including meetings, personalized content, and communications.
  • Coordinate Limited Partner (LP) meetings and prepare required meeting materials for our senior leadership group.
  • Manage event coordination and content creation, including annual meetings.
  • Assist in cross-functional initiatives and projects, including investor reporting requests, issues, and contact information changes.
Requirements
  • Strong project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Highly collaborative and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team structure.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative, with a capacity to thrive in a challenging environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
