Experienced Restoration Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Project Manager to lead our team in providing top-notch restoration services to our clients.
Job DescriptionAs the Restoration Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. This is a front-line management position that requires strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates using proprietary software.
- Customer Communication: Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
- Team Management: Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
- Documentation: Review job site documentation to support services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process.
- Communication: Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
- Recruitment: Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
Position Requirements:
- Licenses: Valid driver's license.
- Education: High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience; at least 3 years of industry experience.
- Certification: IICRC certification preferred.
Skill Requirements:
- Lifting: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Mobility: Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Physical Demands: Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Work Environment: Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
