High-Voltage Project Estimator Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented High-Voltage Project Estimator to join our team in Claremont, CA. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of high-voltage systems and be able to analyze project documents, perform quantity takeoffs, and develop detailed cost estimates.
Key Responsibilities- Identify bid opportunities and assess projects for viability
- Analyze project documents, including blueprints and specifications
- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs for materials, labor, and equipment
- Develop detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, permits, and other project-related expenses
- Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotes
- Prepare comprehensive bid packages, including cost summaries, proposals, and supporting documentation
- Proven experience as a high-voltage estimator or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong technical knowledge of high-voltage systems
- Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
The salary for this position is between $70,100 and $84,900 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer incentive and discretionary compensation, medical and dental insurance plans, holiday pay, and Paid Time Off (PTO).
