Job Description

Job Summary: As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance products to clients and building a successful business. You will work independently, but will have the support of our dedicated training team and access to a wide range of insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and build relationships with clients.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business plans, set sales goals, and track progress.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to client inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on insurance products and services, and be able to advise clients on the best options for their needs.

Requirements:

  • License: Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty License, Life and Health License.
  • Experience: No prior insurance experience is required, but a strong entrepreneurial spirit and sales background is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong business acumen.
