Mental Health Therapist Position

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Bilingual Mental Health Therapist to join our team at LIFEbridge Community Services.

The ideal candidate will possess a current Connecticut state license in one of the following disciplines (LMSW, LPCa, LMFTa) and be fluent in Spanish and English. This role involves working with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop personalized treatment plans.

The therapist will conduct client assessments, establish treatment goals, and implement evidence-based interventions. They will also work closely with other members of the treatment team to ensure effective care delivery.

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
