\This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Spanish Speaking Licensed Therapist. As a licensed clinician with expertise in Spanish language skills, you will conduct client assessments, develop treatment goals, and implement individualized treatment plans.

\About the Role
\As a Spanish Speaking Licensed Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with various populations, including children, adults, and families. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
\We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package comprising medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, FSA, 403B, paid time off, and monthly performance-based financial incentive.

\Requirements
\To succeed in this role, you must:
\- Hold a current Connecticut state license in LCSW, LPC, or LMFT\
- Be bilingual with fluent Spanish and English skills\

- Be able to navigate Electronic Health Records (EHR) with ease\
- Meet agency patient access goals and metrics
