- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Collaborate effectively with clients and their families to meet care needs.
- Document observations and report any concerns to the supervising staff.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Must be a high school graduate or currently enrolled in a vocational training program if 18 years or older.
- Licensure: A valid driver's license or reliable transportation is required for job assignments.
- Skills: Ability to comprehend and execute both written and verbal instructions.
- Show a genuine interest in the care and well-being of elderly and disabled individuals.
- Successful completion of a competency evaluation skills checklist is necessary.
- Passing a written skills assessment may be required for those involved in G-tube feedings.
All applicants must agree to and successfully complete a criminal background check and an employee misconduct registry review.
