About the Role

Providence is seeking an experienced RN to join our team as a Neurovascular Fellow. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the transition of new nurses into their specialty.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients and families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Assist in the orientation and training of new nurses
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • At least 1 year of experience as a nurse

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $98,444-$132,316, based on the base pay range of $48.32-$66.65 per hour and the location in Portland, OR. Additionally, Providence offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more.
