Job Summary: Central Maine Medical Center seeks a highly motivated Patient Experience Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical terminology and prior experience working in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities: As a Patient Experience Specialist, you will engage patients using exceptional customer service practices and provide personalized support to meet their needs. You will also schedule appointments, verify patient demographic information, and communicate with patients and staff through multiple advanced communication tools.
