Job Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Graphic Design Assistant to support our lead Graphic Designer in the management and creation of all Company web-related assets. The ideal candidate will be a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a fast-moving but supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Asset Management: Ingest, organize, and tag visual assets with metadata for internal and external teams.
  • Creative Image Cropping: Crop images for studio shoots and web use to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Design and Video Creation: Create GIFs and light video edits to enhance visual content.
  • Social Media and Email Design: Design SMS and IG Stories to coincide with email campaigns, and make monthly and seasonal updates to social media platforms and storefronts.
  • Advertising and Email Design: Assist in designing ads for paid social and email campaigns, ensuring brand standards are met.
  • Print Asset Design: Design shipping inserts, trade show graphics, and other print materials.
  • AD Hoc Creative Requests: Provide creative support for various projects and initiatives.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all design work meets brand standards for quality and accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend and actively participate in weekly content and marketing meetings, and collaborate with the Sr. Graphic Designer on multiple projects.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of design experience, preferably in the Fashion or Beauty industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Rush. Knowledge of Figma is a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work well in a team environment. A proactive, creative thinker who can bring new ideas and perspectives to the company.
