Job Summary

We're seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to join our team. As a key player in our multidisciplinary team, you'll work collaboratively with BCBAs to design and implement personalized behavior plans for children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other developmental challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Implement evidence-based strategies and tailored ABA interventions to support children's growth and development.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement behavior plans that foster essential life skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Collect and maintain precise data on behaviors and session notes using efficient technology.
  • Deliver excellence in every session, ensuring optimal progress and maintaining the highest standards of treatment integrity.
  • Work closely with fellow ABA team members and interdisciplinary providers to achieve skill mastery and generalization.
Qualifications
  • Age: At least 18 years old.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification: BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR is preferred.
Physical Requirements

The job requires the ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily. It involves frequent bending and occasionally carrying, lifting, pulling, pushing, and reaching, each up to one-third of the time.
