Nurse Manager

Kaiser Permanente seeks a skilled Nurse Manager to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of our healthcare unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our patients while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement action plans to improve staff development and patient care outcomes.
- Supervise a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the best possible patient care.
- Monitor the allocation and utilization of personnel, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient care across the continuum.
- Investigate and resolve patient/family member concerns regarding patient care.
- Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience required.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as charge nurse, preceptor, quality improvement champion or other related leadership experience.
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing. High school diploma OR General Education Diploma (GED) required.
- Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.
- ACLS certification strongly preferred.
- Bachelors degree in nursing preferred.
