Aveanna Healthcare LLC - Private Duty Nurse LPN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LPN to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare LLC. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes, assisting them with transitioning from the hospital and providing continuous care to remain at home with their loved ones.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in our system of record
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
Qualifications:
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
  • At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience
  • Reliable transportation
