Hubbell is seeking an experienced Assembler to join our Integrated Substation Solutions team.

A Day in the Life:
- Perform general duties under the direction of the production supervisor, including installing components into panels per the production specification sheet.
- Work independently or with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Identify lead wire and terminal types and install them per production specification sheet.
- Assure that all products meet the highest standard of quality.
- Follow all safety rules and ISO requirements.
- Adhere to all company rules and policies.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Ensure that work practices are in line with OSHA standards.
- Operate a hoist properly and safely.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Read, use, and understand measuring devices.
- Ability to stand for excessive periods of time.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Understanding of measurements using standard and metric measuring devices.
- Proficiency with hand tools.
