About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at ATI. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant equipment and accessories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Plan, layout, and perform all required operations to install, maintain, and repair a wide variety of plant equipment and accessories.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Effectively troubleshoot using manuals, schematics, and diagrams to diagnose and eliminate problems as they arise.
  • Electrical and Mechanical Systems: Safely install, maintain, and upgrade 3 phase motor control systems, AC/DC circuits, and possess understanding of basic relay logic.
  • Fluid Power Systems: Understand fluid power systems; troubleshoot, install, and repair power units, valve operation, cylinders, motors, and pumps.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform basic fabrication by cutting and welding operations and perform preventative maintenance on equipment using standard practices and procedures.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain work areas, tools, and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Safety and Ethics: Follow all company and equipment safety guidelines and ethics rules.
Requirements
  • Education: General high school diploma.
  • IME Certification: Must be able to maintain IME certification by fulfilling all requirements.
  • Trade School or Equivalent Experience: Two-year trade school or equivalent experience in industrial mechanical or electrical is required.
  • Computer Skills: Operate the maintenance computer to maintain records, work history, and inventory of parts.
  • Test Equipment: Use meters, gauges, or other types of test equipment to facilitate quality and timely repairs.
