Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of experience in plant maintenance preferred.
  • Forklift license preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
  • Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

The ConMet Monroe Facility is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. You will be required to work in a variety of settings, including production areas, maintenance shops, and outdoor environments. You will be exposed to noise, dust, and other hazards associated with industrial equipment and processes.
