In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering personalized therapy and fostering a safe, nurturing environment that allows each child to flourish and develop their unique abilities.
Compensation:$17 - $19 hourly
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver individualized therapy to children with autism in a structured center-based environment.
- Execute tailored behavior intervention plans as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Accurately document treatment data using electronic systems as required.
- Engage in daily group activities and social skills sessions with participants.
- Assist in training new behavior technicians within the assigned team.
- Participate in monthly team meetings to enhance collaborative efforts.
- Support clients with personal care needs, including assistance with potty training when necessary.
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- A degree in a relevant field (such as ABA, Early Childhood Education, or Psychology) is preferred but not essential.
- Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or be willing to obtain certification within two months of employment, with training costs covered by Atlas.
- Experience in the ABA field is highly regarded.
- Physical ability to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run as needed.
Atlas Autism Health is dedicated to providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for young children aged 2-7 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
