As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel meets the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service to our guests.
- Monitor and control housekeeping expenses to ensure that they are within budget.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure that our guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise in the housekeeping department.
Requirements
- 6-12 months of experience in a hotel housekeeping or operations role.
- Proven track record of success in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
