Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service to our guests.
  • Monitor and control housekeeping expenses to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure that our guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise in the housekeeping department.

Requirements

  • 6-12 months of experience in a hotel housekeeping or operations role.
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
