- Evaluate and implement new Business Intelligence tools and platforms to enhance data analysis capabilities.
- Promote the use of Artificial Intelligence and machine learning to drive predictive analytics and business forecasting.
- Mentor and develop the Business Intelligence team, promoting skill growth and career advancement.
- Build a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- 5+ years proven experience in the e-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or comparable platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in building out a Business Intelligence function from the ground up is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
