Job Title: Business Intelligence Developer

City National Bank is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our Data & Analytics team. As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence reporting solutions for internal clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop dashboards, visualizations, semantic data models, and reports using various business intelligence tools.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, troubleshoot report issues, and drive resolutions towards completion.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with business users, T&I support teams, providing an understanding of the problem and resolution.
  • Identify development and data quality issues, performing thorough testing and validation of reports, visualizations, and dashboards in conjunction with business users.
  • Setup and maintain access for new and current users in the BI reporting environments.
  • Research and troubleshoot user-reported issues and incidents related to the BI reporting environment, including performance, data discrepancies, access issues, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of BI report development experience using Salesforce CRM Analytics, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI, or other Business Intelligence technologies.
  • Minimum 3 years of direct SQL experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or banking.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Direct experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, and Snowflake databases.
  • BS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Direct experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics, Business Objects 4.2 or above, Tableau 2021 or above.
What We Offer:

City National Bank offers a competitive salary range of $92,114 - $156,880 per year, with the potential for bonus and/or commissions. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and a dynamic work environment.
