We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team at CONSOR Engineers. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our services and expertise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Provide graphic design support for various marketing materials, including conferences, reports, and award submittals
  • Manage proposal schedules and coordinate with technical and management teams to obtain necessary information
  • Assist and coach technical teams for presentations and interviews
  • Recommend, prepare, and coordinate awards competition entries
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance standard materials and continuously improve marketing and proposal processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline
  • Minimum five years of marketing experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud suite software, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
