We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at United Surgical Partners International Inc (USPI). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all finance and accounting functions, ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead the financial planning and analysis team to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage and oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Medicare cost reports and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a top financial position in the healthcare field.
- Master's degree and CPA certification preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
