Job Summary:

The Customer Service Ambassador assists bartenders and servers by maintaining area cleanliness and providing necessary support to ensure fast, friendly, and accommodating service. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver unparalleled guest experiences through a combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment for celebrating fun.
  • Maintain immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
  • Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests and team members.
  • Adhere to company sanitation procedures.
  • Ensure wait stations remain clean and tidy.
  • Empties trash and spot sweeps whenever the floor needs it or when a manager requests.
  • Perform opening and closing responsibilities, including party breakdown and duties.
  • Restocks and prepares supplies for shift change and close.
  • Busses and resets tables.
  • Offers assistance to guests by clearing away dishes and glassware and refilling beverages.
  • Assists in party setup.
  • Maintains the cleanliness of restrooms, including restocking of supplies.
  • Cleans high chairs and booster chairs.
  • Assists other team members as needed or when business dictates.
  • Demonstrates ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Customer Service Ambassador, you must be able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask are essential qualities for this role. Restaurant and/or bar experience is preferred but not required.
