As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll play a vital role in our mission by implementing behavior intervention plans crafted by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement tailored support plans to guide clients through communication, social, and daily living skill development.
  2. Collect and analyze data to track client progress and behavior, ensuring every step forward is celebrated.
  3. Offer invaluable feedback and unwavering support to families and caregivers, fostering a network of strength and resilience.
  4. Collaborate with our dynamic team of BCBAs, therapists, and support staff to deliver consistent and impactful interventions.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8a-4p.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a thirst for knowledge and a passion for implementing evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
