We are seeking a Family Support Specialist to join our team at Compass Behavioral Group. As an ABA clinician, you will play a vital role in providing 1:1 home- and clinic-based ABA services for youth under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.

Our comprehensive training program includes extensive instruction in both the home and clinic settings, as well as regular ongoing trainings to enhance your skills. As a Family Support Specialist, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Licensed Clinical Psychologists to maximize the effectiveness of interventions as outlined in client treatment plans. You will also provide support to clients' caregivers through various methods and utilize videotaping as a tool for in-depth supervision and training.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. If you have a valid driver's license and 3 years of licensed driving experience, we encourage you to apply.
