Job Summary:

The Baker is a key member of our culinary team at Golden Corral, responsible for preparing a variety of freshly baked products, including yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, cleanliness, and organization to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality baked goods: Our Baker will be responsible for preparing hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts to meet the high standards of Golden Corral.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Our Baker will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist guests and team members: Our Baker will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting guests with their needs, and supporting their colleagues in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team: Our Baker will work closely with the culinary team to ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous baking experience: Previous experience as a baker, cook, or kitchen prep is preferred but not required.
  • Attention to detail: Our Baker must have a high level of attention to detail to ensure that all baked goods meet the high standards of Golden Corral.
  • Teamwork: Our Baker must be able to work effectively as part of a team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
