- Be a Business Owner: Drive the performance of the bakery area, ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste, and preparing for seasonal events.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, interact with associates to understand roadblocks, and assist in training to develop and inspire a team-oriented culture.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and adapting to change.
- 6 months' experience in a fresh production area.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Cake decorating experience.
