Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled critical care intensivist to join our team at HCA Houston Clear Lake in Texas. The ideal candidate will have board certification in a critical care specialty and experience in cardiac ICU. The selected candidate will work in a 42-bed ICU with a mix of days and nights, with a staffing model of 2 physicians and 2 APPs during the day and 2 physicians at night. The candidate will be responsible for clinical teaching and will have opportunities for growth and leadership within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU
• Participate in clinical teaching and education
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes
• Contribute to the development of best practice protocols and evidence-based medicine
