About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join United Road Services as an Automotive Fleet Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising a group of drivers and ensuring they meet performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervises driver performance and implements corrective action processes when necessary.
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
  • Works closely with the Safety department to ensure drivers comply with FMCSA regulations.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Our company offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in transportation management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
