Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at K-Flex USA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products to existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately using our system, ensuring all details are entered correctly and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support their efforts in generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns professionally, working to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of K-Flex USA's product offerings, including features, benefits, and applications, to effectively assist customers in finding the right solutions for their needs.
  • Utilize system data to analyze customer trends, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and contribute to sales strategies.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including monitoring stock levels, coordinating with the warehouse team for replenishment, and conducting regular audits.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns, market trends, and opportunities for improvement in processes or products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (experience with SAP, Oracle, M3 a plus) and other relevant software applications.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to customer issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Demands
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift objects of up to 10 lbs.
  • Ability to sit at a desk for the majority of the day and use of fingers for computing.
