Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

• Manage daily inventory reports to ensure adequate supply of materials and prevent manufacturing interruptions
• Create and place purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring products and services meet company expectations
• Monitor and adjust inventory levels as needed, identifying and resolving problems related to purchasing
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve best prices and quality, while maintaining a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and colleagues

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus at least 5 years of related professional experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1+ years of experience
• Experience with ISO 9000 standards and successful negotiation with suppliers to achieve best price options
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
