The Lead Dispensary Associate is a key member of our dispensary team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive and friendly environment for our patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Dispensary Manager and Dispensary Assistant Manager in all activities related to inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including their effects and benefits, to effectively recommend and sell them to patients.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down display cases, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Process sales transactions, handle cash, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, vendors, and service providers to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
- Perform data entry and manage patient databases, including updating patient information and tracking sales.
- Assist with training and development of new team members, including providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Participate in inventory counts, process and replenish merchandise, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Facilitate new membership and patient renewal processes, and maintain accurate records.
- Perform other related duties as required, including answering phone calls, booking appointments, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
