About the Position

This Licensed Practical Nurse Leader role is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and support services. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Record, in a timely manner, documentation of medication administration and/or treatment rendered.
  2. Provide patient and family education.
  3. Assure that adequate medications and supplies are ordered as appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work and communicate with diverse populations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with business software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
Work Environment

The position requires the incumbent to be able to move easily about the health center.
