About the Job:

At Quality Talent Group, we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our therapy team to provide exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure and record residents' motor function, strength, and muscle performance.
Observe residents and write progress reports.
Assist residents in carrying out specific exercises.
Treat residents with various techniques, such as stretching and massage.
Help residents use necessary equipment and devices.
Educate residents on how to exercise properly to strengthen muscles and improve mobility.
Maintain residents' confidence by keeping information confidential.
Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
Current State PTA license.
Experience in long-term-care settings preferred.
