We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to contribute to the well-being of our clients through expert physical therapy care.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions to determine functional capabilities and limitations.


Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapies.


Provide therapeutic interventions, exercises, and strategies to improve clients' mobility, strength, and physical function.


Educate clients and their families on treatment plans and self-care techniques to support recovery and ongoing health.


Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, counselors, and other therapists, to ensure integrated and holistic care.


Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.


Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of treatment sessions and client progress in compliance with regulatory standards.


Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry trends.


Requirements:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.


Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.


Proven experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a therapeutic or mental health setting.


Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in physical therapy.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.


Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and MS Office suite.



Physical Demands:

Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.


Visual, auditory, and speaking skills necessary to evaluate and communicate effectively with clients.



Compensation:

Salary:
$45 - $55 per hour, commensurate with experience.
