About the Role:As a Business Development Representative at Expert Seekers Training, you will play a crucial role in growing our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospects over the phone to understand their needs and preferences for financial products such as IULs, annuities, and life insurance.
You will work closely with mentors and operate as part of a cohesive team to provide personalized insurance quotes aligned with prospects' specific requirements. This is a 1099 commission-only position focused on delivering exceptional results and driving growth for our organization.
