Customer Experience Ambassador

Waterworks Aquatics, a premier swim school with 39 locations across California and Colorado, is seeking exceptional customer service representatives to join our team.
About the Role
We are looking for confident, adaptable individuals who can build relationships with our families, provide memorable experiences, and register new customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for retaining our families by offering a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create lasting relationships with new and existing families to ensure customer loyalty and retention
- Demonstrate empathy in interactions with families to deliver exceptional customer service
- Register, schedule, take payments, and problem-solve family accounts
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Encourage customers to purchase swim lesson packages
- Work effectively in a team environment to support lesson registration goals
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set by the company
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation package: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience

Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Strong passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient in typing; at least 40 WPM
- Ability to close deals and acquire new families interested in our services
- Strong communication skills in person and over the phone
- Ability to adapt and respond to different personalities
- Professional and courteous demeanor at all times
