Job Description

The MDU technology landscape is evolving rapidly, driven by the growing demand to integrate diverse solutions and features tenants now expect. As an MDU Solutions Consultant at Jiggsa, you will serve as a strategic partner to developers, ownership groups, REITs, management companies, and GCs by offering tailored solutions that address the unique needs of the MDU sector.

  • Identify and pursue mutually beneficial business opportunities within the MDU ecosystem positioning Jiggsa as the de facto standard in designing and implementing technology solutions on a property or portfolio level.
  • Develop and deliver strategic solutions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of Jiggsa's solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams across engineering, PMO, and construction to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expert - Experience in defining and implementing complex systems, integration architectures, and data migrations. Meet ambitious yet achievable KPIs for lead generation and sales conversions. Partner with internal teams to streamline processes, enhance offerings, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
