About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Analytics and Insights Manager to support our organization's social measurement framework, drive campaign and program development through social insights, and lead in gathering and consolidating social and web data to build compelling performance reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curate data natively from social media platforms (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Tik Tok) and perform analysis on all social platform metrics.
  • Synthesize social media and web data into meaningful insights and clearly communicate complex findings.
  • Use social listening data to conduct research on topics such as brand affinity, audiences and trends.
  • Work closely with social media strategists, account managers, and other analysts, and communicate in a clear and relevant way with multiple partners about data and analytics.
Requirements
  • Expert level proficiency in social analytics and listening tools such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Sprout, etc.
  • Experience using multiple Social Channel Analytic Tools (e.g. Hootsuite, SocialBakers, Khoros, Sprout, Sprinklr, etc.)
  • Experience using data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and web analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience in analyzing datasets in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Perform advanced statistical analyses
  • 5+ years practical experience in a social media analytics and measurement role
Compensation and Benefits

The U.S. pay range for this position is $87,500 -- $172,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
