Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leaders across product divisions to gain a comprehensive understanding of recruitment needs and devise effective sourcing strategies.
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for essential positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, conducting initial interviews, managing candidates throughout the hiring journey, and negotiating offers.
- Develop expertise in IXL Learning to effectively communicate our products, roles, and organizational culture to potential candidates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-quality talent, creating a robust pipeline for our teams.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience that reflects well on IXL Learning, regardless of the hiring outcome.
- Formulate effective closing strategies for candidates, providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions.
- Guide and mentor junior team members in their recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
- A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive product recruitment experience, or a blend of product, business, and technical recruiting.
- Proven track record in sourcing high-quality candidates through diverse strategies and platforms.
- Exceptional talent recognition skills and the ability to align candidates with suitable opportunities.
- A genuine interest in technology and a passion for educational advancement.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability in your work.
- Experience in mentoring less experienced recruiters.
- Outstanding communication abilities and a knack for building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, innovative, and adaptable to changing tasks and priorities.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
