About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team at Relyance AI. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of new products and features that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Familiarize yourself with customer workflows, pain points, and objectives to craft exceptional product requirements and manage product roadmaps and OKRs.
  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle to ensure the right products are prioritized, built, shipped, marketed, and adopted.
  • Interface and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to communicate the vision, end goal, and help ship products to market.
  • Craft and measure quantitative metrics and KPIs to determine delivered value, product usage, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-mortem reviews and help audit existing processes to assess project and process efficacy.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management, product development, or prior experiences in strong product management functions that have involved building and shipping products to market.
  • Experience with the PM tech stack (e.g., JIRA, Figma, Productboard, Aha, Amplitude, Pendo, etc.) and product testing tools.
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform product prioritization and decision-making.
  • SaaS experience, technical fluency, and an ability to understand modern software systems (microservices, APIs, client-server architecture, etc.) to help drive strategic and technical discussions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating product requirements, customer challenges, and GTM messaging.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with data privacy regulations (like GDPR, CPRA, etc.), security practices and frameworks, or data governance.
  • Experience with security practices and frameworks (e.g., NIST, etc.)
  • Experience or practical understanding of DSPM/CSPM platforms.
  • Experience with Python, Java, Go, or Ruby. Experience with Machine Learning or AI.

As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $150,000 to $175,000.
