Job Summary

As a key member of our team at Insights Training Group, LLC, the Driver Utility Worker will be responsible for transporting students and staff to various locations by car, van, or bus for educational and recreational purposes. This role requires a strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive vehicles to transport students and staff to various locations
  • Perform and document preventative maintenance, janitorial, or corrective maintenance services as assigned
  • Ensure vehicles are clean and well-maintained at all times
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transportation services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
