Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching Excellence: Collaborate with faculty to develop an effective student experience, facilitate courses, and empower students to develop competency.
  • Content Expertise: Maintain current and active content knowledge, possess appropriate expertise, and stay up-to-date with field developments.
  • Student Success: Promote student success with a proactive, high-expectations approach, provide personalized support, and identify gaps between student needs and existing resources.
  • Data-Driven Instruction: Track student data, engage in regular data-driven planning meetings, and participate in continuous improvement of curriculum.

Qualifications
  • Education/Experience: Master's degree or higher in Psychology or a closely related field, experience with digital tools for teaching, and teaching in online or blended/hybrid formats.
  • Skills: Passion for working with diverse students, excellent facilitation and classroom management skills, agility in pedagogy and student support, and ability to differentiate instruction and support.
